The thickness is adjusted using a practical rotary knob. A leftover holder with finger protection ensures that your fingers are safely protected when slicing.

To remove the blade cylinder, turn the rotary knob to "OUT" so that the cylinder can be easily removed. Cleaning is quick and easy.
